We’re fortunate to live in an area rich in nature. Alongside our internationally important stretch of coastline, we have a diverse landscape of woodland, forestry, farmland, and burns, all supporting wildlife that’s becoming increasingly rare in other parts of the UK.

Even within our built-up areas, gardens make up a significant green space and provide a valuable refuge for wildlife. But there's still more we can do to help nature thrive.
